I most impressed with the delivery. The driver had challenges b/c we live in the country. They were courteous, quick and professional.

Everything went very smoothly and as promised. The courtesy, efficient, and skill from Tom and Chris. Both were communicative and excellent. The driver and crew was early but told me. Chris, the coordinator, was efficient, excellent, and handled everything. I will refer Allied.

We were really impressed from start to finish, every time we sent a email they responded very fast. The move was great.

Allied Van Lines were attentive to details and came into the budgets. The first crew was bad, but the second one was better.

The driver had over the top customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was nice and perfect, leaving no room for questions. He explained everything and took the extra step. The driver was just absolutely amazing and took the extra steps needed to make sure we were satisfied on both ends.

The fact that everything was on time, and they worked to get everything before I had to leave in the middle of the time frame.

The movers came here on time. The move was quick & easy. The communication was good. I was very satis.

Everything was done very well and everyone that I spoke with was great especially the customer service.

Everything was easy, it went as planned, everything was handled well, and the move couldn't have went any smoother than it was.

They were very good, prompt, treated everything and everyone with respect, did what they were suppose to do, and the cost was reasonable.

The crew and driver were awesome. They were very professional and they did everything they were supposed to do.

The overall experience was great. Steve, the delivery driver, did a wonderful job and because of the service I received. I have recommended this service to my friend.

I feel the sales person was honest when he came by and the pick up driver and delivery driver did a very good job and I do not feel I would have received this type of service anywhere else.

The attitude of the staff and care of my possessions. Punctuality and communication. I received all emails at the right time, brief, accurate and thorough. Hirschak was amazing. The local crew was very respectful and took very good care of our items.

The drive, crew, and everybody involved was great. I would give the rep that came to my home a 6, he was excellent.

The flexibility, the driver, and the agent, Tim Bernada, the driver was fabulous, and the overall service was fabulous. The movers were fabulous.

I had use them when I moved from California and I had recommendations from multiple people that they were great.

The driver, Jason was very punctual. he notified us when the del would take place. He was friendly and polite. He was very professional and I was extremely impressed.

I gave that rating because of the professionalism of the crew and driver and also because I was very happy with the customer service I received from Ciara.

The move was seamless. They were polite & energetic. They seemed to want to assist us in making a successful move. They seemed to have done an excellent job even though I am not fully done unpacking.

This is one of the best moves ever, polite, nice, pleasant and careful. They went above and beyond. This crew was the best in all the moves I have had.

Everyone at Allied was efficient & professional. They were also able to meet our deadline & pick up our furniture.

I was impressed with the coordination of the services and the fact that Allied was able to work with us regarding the delivery. There are some minor scratches on my furniture. Overall, the service was good. This was to be expected.

The professionalism and personality of the loading team. When they had a question they were quick to ask me, I give them a lot of credit - very good quality.

The delivery driver contacted me, they arrived on time, they took really good care of the way they handled my items into my new house.

We used Allied before & they have always done an excellent job but this last move was above & beyond what we have experienced in the past. I did not hear from the driver until he showed up with the crew to pack.

The overall coordination. They were on time & the coordinator was in constant communication with me. I wanted to unpack some things myself and I had them come back the next day to unpack.

The level of service, the promptness & efficiency influenced my rating. We were especially pleased w/Ted the driver.

I was satisfied with everything they did. They answered all my questions and were prompt. They called and let me know what was going on.

I was very happy with how everybody treated me. They were communicating and everything went better than I expected.

They were careful, took their time, packed everything nicely, and asked alot of questions. I think they should better label the boxes because I couldn't find my coffee maker when I really needed it.

Courtesy, promptness, and care of items influenced my rating. Things were well-prepped and wrapped. They did an excellent job.

I would recommend them. The entire performance was great. We haven't moved in 30 years. We had a whole house. The crew worked until the job was done. I heard no foul language and they were polite. Allied did everything they said they would. The local crew had come and emptied all the boxes out of my garage. The crew even moved my piano. The driver was great and his crew. The salesman was great.

The friendliness of everyone from the packers to the delivery crew as well as the communication influenced my rating. Everything was done spectacularly well.

They were polite and very helpful. I had to move because my mom was really sick and I was stressed out. I felt like they went out of their way. They understood that I was stressed. They were quick.

It was a positive experience with lots of communication. We did have a person that crated the chandeliers and other things that I was not able to do myself.

I am still waiting on my car to be shipped to me. I have waited 18 days and that's much longer than promised. I have been renting a car and it is costing me a lot of money.

They were helpful and courteous and everything went well. They were very careful and did god job. The delivery time was earlier than what we expected.

The movers were good, helpful and respectful. The driver was good. This was the best move out of about 7 major moves that I have had.

The local agent and his crew and the driver and his crew did were equal in the amount of things that they packed.

I used Allied Van Lines four years ago, and I had tremendous service, so I decided to call them back.

Price was very competitive and the least expensive. The promptness was good. The 1st rep left. They underestimated the loading size. The driver/crew delivered 2 days early. This was very good for me. It saved me some money. I could leave the hotel earlier.

Allied Van Lines gave us the cheapest offer with the quote. The movers were good, they knew what they were doing and they were very organized with the whole moving process. There was a mixed up with dealing with the quote b/c I didn't have address at the time. Once I gave the number, the driver wasn't provided with the number so the driver had to call me to get info.

The way everything was run and the packers. They were great and wonderful. The loaders were fantastic.

The driver and crew went above & beyond to keep me updated with the move. They contacted me multiple times. Kara was the lead person.

They came when they said they were, they were flexible, and the men that helped with the packing and moving were great.

THE OVERALL EXECUTION FROM BEGINGING TO END, THE SALES, EXPLAINING. THE PERFORMANCE OF PACKERS & DRIVER. MICHEAL THE AGENT WAS GOOD, VERONICA WAS GREAT ALSO. JAREK GADEK THE MOVER WAS EXCELLENT. ONLY ONE KNOB CAME OFF.

It was everything. It was professionalism. Follow up and follow through, packing, shipping and delivery was perfect. It was magnificent.

I've used Allied in several moves. They didn't have to remove anything. There was a pick up on Thursday and delivery on Friday.

I've had other moves before. These two gentlemen were careful with my furniture. They were very careful, this was a partial move. I am going to request them for the rest.

They showed up and was courteous and worked well to get the items to my front door. These people did an exemplarity job.

I had a special need. When they came to my home I had to remind them that I needed someone to pack my clock. When we arrived I had to remind them that I needed someone to unpack the clock. Other than me having to remind them that I needed someone to pack and unpack the clock everything was good.

I love that the driver was friendly. Everyone arrived on time. The crew took time with my items. Everything was fine.

It was the fact that fox and gin were local. The price was good. The customer service rep that came out was experience and knowledgeable. She has been in the business for 18 years. They were very careful. They were the best crew that we have ever had. They where able to meet all of our needs. We were very impressed with the driver.

Kenneth Holt the representative was great, accommodating and professional. The driver and his helper was professional and phenomenal. They were hard workers very quick and professional.

Everything was perfect. Everyone was wonderful. The blue mat that was used to cover items had rubbed off on the furniture and turned it blue.

The overall courtesy from everybody and it was a pleasure to work with them. The drivers and movers took extra care of our furniture. They also wrapped it nice. When they delivered the items they said there was a couple of boxes missing. I don't know the status of the boxes and I don't know what boxes are missing. I haven't called the company yet .

I liked the attentiveness of the team and the hustle and skill of the way they took care of everything. They were professional and thorough, they took care of all my stuff including my old piano.

The service was professional and courteous. They did everything that I asked them to do. It is a pleasure to deal with a professional company. Victor, the driver was courteous and professional.

All the people that I talked to were polite. They did what they were supposed to do in an efficient manner. It's great when you don't have to move by yourself. It was a good experience.

The delay in the delivery of my goods, from the big spread that was given originally. I performed the majority but the agent's crew packed the fragile. I was told the driver making the delivery was going to be loading, but an intermediate group did that.

They helped me out with direct billing, I only had to pay the packing, and I was the 1st move. It was easy. I had a couple of things break, I think it was an accident.

The hard work performed by the crew. Loading and the unloading. The problem was the timing. It worked out ok. The driver was excellent and handled the crew well. The driver was late but he did call.

I used Allied before with my overseas move. The main reason I gave a 10 is because I was extremely satisfied with the whole team from beginning to the end, including the rep, driver, and crew.

My overall treatment and satisfaction is what most influenced my rating. The delivery was one day off of what I was told. It was a whole day before. The driver picked up my stuff so he could make a full load and get on the road.

They were extremely helpful. I could not have asked for better service. They did everything for me and I really trusted them.

The driver was communicative, and when the rep came to look at the house, we prepared a cashier's check. There was no extra chargers, they were honest.

The driver of the van on both end was the best. This is the 8th move I've had with different companies. He was the best I've had. Everybody did the work in helping me pack.

Our things were treated appropriately. Even though we packed the movers wrapped some things with blankets.
